Robert W. Graham, D.D.S.
Dr. Graham studied chemistry at Merced College and the University of California Santa Barbara before pursuing his dental studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Graham served in the U.S. Army at Fort Sam Houston, Texas as a dental technician teaching at the Medical Field Service School until his honorable discharge. For over four decades now, he has served the San Antonio community as a dentist and as a Certified Dental Technician in the areas of crowns, bridges, and ceramics. He has served as an adjunct professor at the UTHSCSA Dental School in the department of dental anatomy and occlusion.

Dr. Graham is committed to learning, and over the years has regularly completed continuing education courses to expand his knowledge. Recent courses include extensive coursework in dental implant prosthodontics, all on-four rehabilitations, periodontal treatment of failing implants, advanced classes in dental occlusion, and advanced Invisalign training.
Dr. Graham is married to Kathryn Graham, a registered dental hygienist. They have two married children: Marcus, who lives in Dallas, and Dr. Marquel McCabe, who practices dentistry with her father at Graham & McCabe Family Dentistry. When away from the office, Dr. Graham enjoys spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, reading military history, driving and tinkering with a 1931 Model A Ford, growing orchids and biking on the San Antonio greenway system of trails.
Marquel R. McCabe, D.D.S., M.A.G.D.
Dr. McCabe graduated with a B. A. in Biology from the University of Texas in Austin. She received her D.D.S. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and then joined her father’s practice in her hometown of San Antonio.
She is a member of the:

- Academy of General Dentistry (Fellow 2016 and Board Member 2020)
- Christian Medical & Dental Association
Earning her Fellowship in 2016 and her Masters in 2020, from the Academy of General Dentistry inspired Dr. McCabe to pursue excellence through high quality, continued education, and she feels that she is a better dentist because of the journey. She has recently added to her expertise through the following courses:

- Gordon J. Christensen Practical Clinical Courses (mini-implant placement, implant placement, and extended fixed prosthetics)
- San Antonio Affiliate of the Seattle Study Club

Dr. McCabe is married to Seth, whom she met in the third grade, and they have two children – Addison and Madeleine. In her spare time, Dr. McCabe enjoys personal growth, reading, volunteering and being outside in nature.
Rodrigo Guerrero, D.D.S.
Dr. Guerrero studied Biology at The University of Texas San Antonio, where he received the prestigious Terry Scholarship, which is awarded to candidates who demonstrate a history of involvement in activities, outstanding scholastic achievement, and a well-rounded personality marked by a desire to succeed. He then pursued his dental education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he finished in the top of his class and graduated with a distinction in dental education. Dr. Guerrero completed his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System – San Antonio. While in residency, Dr. Guerrero accumulated many hours of training in all fields of dentistry, making him a well-rounded clinician. During his AEGD residency, Dr. Guerrero excelled in implants, bone grafting, full mouth rehabilitation, veneers, root canal therapy, and sedation.
Dr. Guerrero has a passion for learning and provides the highest level of care for his patients while making sure they feel comfortable in his chair.

When Dr. Guerrero isn’t in the office, you can find him playing soccer in various leagues around San Antonio, discovering new music, building Legos and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Guerrero is a huge Real Madrid CF fan and never misses watching a game!

Misty Denis – Front Desk Lead
Misty has been a member of Graham & McCabe Family Dentistry since 2018 and is currently the Front Desk Lead. Misty has over 20 years experience in the dental field. Currently she sits on the board of Dental Professional Learning Network of Central Texas and she is working on her fellowship in the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Misty stays current with over 20 hours continuing education courses and her certifications and training include:

- Annual HIPAA training, HIPAA Privacy Officer
- CPR training every 2 years

Misty is married to her high school sweetheart, Clarence. They have a grown son, Daniel. When away from the office, Misty loves reading, photography, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Serena Almanza — Treatment and Financial Coordinator
Serena has been a member of Graham & McCabe Family Dentistry since 2021 and is currently the Treatment and Financial Coordinator. Serena is a native of San Francisco and has worked in the dental field since 1998. Serena stays current with continuing education courses and her certifications and training include:

- CPR training every 2 years
- Dentrix®
When away from the office, Serena loves traveling, hiking, going to the movies and spending time with family. She also enjoys trying different culture cuisine.
Alesia Roland – Registered Dental Hygienist Lead
Alesia is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She fulfills at least 20 hours of continuing education each year to add to her expertise, with an emphasis on periodontal disease and on oral cancer. Currently Alesia is working on her fellowship through the American Dental Hygiene Association which requires 100 hours of approved continuing education and a five year membership.

Alesia and her husband, Adam, have been married since 2006. They have two boys, Ryan and Van. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching Sunday school, gardening, and taking her children to soccer, esports and boy scouts.

Kim Giang — Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim graduated in 2009 from Caruth School of Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry now known as Texas A&M School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She does her absolute best in providing educational, clinical, and therapeutic services that support total health through the promotion of optimal oral health.
Kim attends many continuing education classes and is always striving to gain more knowledge for the benefit of her patients. She is patient-focused, driven to provide a personable experience along with the highest quality of care possible.
She loves learning about new products and procedures and can offer her patient’s specific recommendations to fit their oral health goals and needs. Her certifications and training include:

Melissa Underberg – Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa is a graduate from the University of South Dakota University in Vermillion, South Dakota. She also graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown, South Dakota and received her dental assisting degree. Melissa been in the dental field for over 20 years and is dedicated to optimizing dental health through quality dental care and developing patient relationships.
She fulfills at minimum 15 hours of continuing education. She loves learning about products and new procedures and is able offer her patient’s specific recommendations to fit their oral heal goals and needs. Her certifications and training include:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Texas and South Dakota licensed)

Melissa enjoys spending time with her family. She has two active sons, Kylan and Lyndon and three adorable French bulldogs. She enjoys baking, watching Food Network, photography, listening to music and traveling.
Diane Syamken – Dental Assistant Lead
Diane is a graduate of San Antonio College where she received a certification in Dental Assisting. She has been a member of Graham & McCabe Family Dentistry since 1990 when she started as Dr. Graham’s dental assistant. She is currently a Dental Assistant and has taught dental assisting at a local school.

Diane is married to her wonderful husband, David. Together they have two sons, Chris and Matt, and three grandchildren, Kayla, Kaitlyn, and Elton. When away from the office, Diane loves cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with grandchildren, family, and friends. She also loves to cruise!
Sarah O’campo – Registered Dental Assistant
Sarah received her license for Dental Assisting from Texas Academy of General Dentistry. And has been a legal dental assistant since October 2023. She is currently Dr.McCabe’s dental assistant.

Lynda Lynch – Registered Dental Assistant
Lynda is a graduate of San Antonio College where she received a certification in Dental Assisting. She has been a member of Graham & McCabe Family Dentistry since 2017 and is Dr. McCabe’s dental assistant. Lynda stays current with continuing education courses and her certifications and training include:
